Blue Ming

There are two European ceramic traditions, Dutch Delft Blue and Portuguese Cobalt Blue ceramics, which share a common ancestor in Chinese Ming porcelain. From this shared history and heritage, this collection (2016) forges a new but interconnected language of artistic contemporary expression, hence it is named Blue Ming. These exclusive porcelain items combine the highest quality and functionality with sculptural elements. The collection includes a large teacup and saucer, espresso cup and saucer, a teapot and sugar bowl, a fruit bowl, soup tureen, and a range of plates.
